Deluxe Screen Room - A Deluxe Screen Room is a screen room that is easily upgraded to a Glass Sunroom. The two different types of Deluxe Screen Room are listed below. Please check the links for more information on the two rooms.

There are two types of Deluxe Screen Room:

Window Ready Screen Room	Wall Ready Screen Room

Window Ready Screen Room - is basically a Prefabricated Sunroom Wall System without the glass sashes. To upgrade this wall system to a Glass Sunroom only involves installing the sashes. This room system is more expensive but it is the easiest to upgrade to a glass and screen room.

Advantages:

Easily Up Graded to a Glass Sunroom

Incorporates the Insulated Roof System - Studio or Gable Style

No Major Changes Need to be Made to the Room Itself - Only Need to Install the Sashes in the window frames

Disadvantages:

 

Slightly More Expensive Than the Wall Ready Screen Room

Considerably More Expensive Than the Aluminum Screen Room

Wall Ready Screen Room - incorporates the standard Aluminum Screen Frame with an Insulated Roof System. To upgrade this wall system we brace your Insulated Roof and remove the Aluminum Screen Frame. We then install a Prefabricated Sunroom Wall System under your Insulated Roof. When the wall is finished, we lower the roof back into place and reattach it.

Advantages:

Can Be Up Graded to a Glass Sunroom

Incorporates the Insulated Roof System - Studio or Gable Style

Slightly Less Expensive Than the Window Ready Screen Room

Disadvantages:

Slightly More Expensive Than the Aluminum Screen Room

We Must Remove and Replace Your Screen Room Walls to Up Grade to a Glass and Screen Sunroom
